|| Nine Perfect Strangers || Liane Moriarty || • Book Review 3.5/5 •

Unnerving, complex and slightly crazy at times!

It follows nine strangers going into a ‘transformative’ health retreat ran by a slightly unhinged health guru called Masha. Each has their own individual stories, reasons for needing to get away from their lives.

It took a good portion of the book to get going, waiting for each characters stories to develop, turning into a thrilling race to find out the truths they had been hiding from each other.

It was slightly crazy at times, I found some parts a bit too far fetched but overall I enjoyed the pace and couldn’t put it down until the end. Moriarty really pulled out the characters weaknesses, giving them depth and relatability. I would recommend.
