Quirky, sweet romance.

Frida left one year ago, moved to a new town, hoping to never see any of her old friends again. Unfortunately her living arrangements have changed and she is forced to go back and face the people who hurt her most. Oliver used to be her best friend, it broke his heart when she left and he needs to find the courage, to make things right, when he realises she is returning. Can they find their way back to each other, so Oliver can tell her how he truly feels?

Such a classic friends to lovers romance. I loved the setting of Denmark, I felt Blaedel did such a good job of describing the sights, sounds and smells to make it realistic. The way the POV was told from both Oliver and Frida’s side really helped to develop the story. It was a light escape from reality, a heartwarming novel to enjoy. Sometimes all you need is a good romance to lose yourself in.🌹❤️
